The end is near...

Not for us that is!
Currently, Cisco is focusing their technical support and development efforts on their latest versions of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM) also known as Cisco Call Manager (CCM).  With the new release of UCM/CCM, product support for UCM/CCM versions 4.0, 4.1 and 4.2 will end May 2011.
Version 5.0 will end June 2011.  These are the last dates to receive service and support for each of the products mentioned.  After these dates, all support services for the products are unavailable, and the product becomes obsolete.
