Coming in as number 4 on the list, Forbes highlights The Wit’s IP system, which runs the infrastructure at the hotel—automating services throughout your stay. Meaning any request the guests make is immediately sent to the closest staff member’s mobile device for more efficient service. Forbes also spotlights the VoIP color touch screen phones, which updates guests on the weather and allows them to set wake-up calls and request room service, flight information or valet service. Lastly, Forbes praises The Wit for their special sensors, which activate the rooms’ heating and cooling systems—when guests walk by they turn on and adjust to their body heat.
